WHAT
The Italian artist (b. 1970) presents his latest creations from 2023 for his debut solo show in Asia. The artist weaves together intricate symbols and draws inspiration from literature, cinema, philosophy, and humanity’s collective imagination. As a result, his works are a complex dialogue containing personal iconography. The exhibition reveals the artist’s poetic practice – creating a display of visual narratives by blending different techniques, genres, reality, and fiction.

WHY
Though the presented works are recent, they form an integral ongoing part of the artist’s continuous exploration, experimentation and scholarly pursuits, which have been unfolding over the past two decades. His works are from a diverse range of mediums and lexicons, as he pays homage to luminaries and literary greats.
