The artist has lived in Hong Kong for over 20 years. His creation trajectory began with his iconic portraits in dynamic and dramatic brushstrokes. In recent years, he has challenged various digital art and large-scale installation art projects to explore the diverse expressions of art. Birch’s first NFT work is showcased in this presentation, from his show ‘The 14th Factory’ – the most expensive NFT art ever to show in Hong Kong – which showcases the artist’s creativity and evolution over the past 24 years.

Returning to the root of his creativity, the figuratively abstract portraits combine reality and imagination. Birch has also collaborated with famous local ceramic artists Sara Tse and Lau Yat Wai to create ceramic crowns that symbolise the powerful and fragile nature of power.
