WHAT WE KNOW

Young, immerging and Hong-Kong based artist Vvzela Kook specialises in new media. Working mostly with audio-visual mediums, Kook personally narrates her pieces, making storytelling the essence of her projects. Her works are often research-based, and are an amalgamation of drawings, video game optics and 3D printing. 

WHY WE LOVE IT

As a sequel to Kook’s previous Confidential Records series that illustrates the history of the Kowloon Walled City, this present exhibition takes us on an immersive and engaging multi-media journey around Para Site’s exhibition area. Guided by an AI character created by Kook, we are invited on a mission with different clues and instructions, and are even ‘processed’ on a conveyor belt!
