The respected local artist’s exhibition draws inspiration from Chinese traditional culture, with the belief that Feng Shui not only creates a harmonious natural environment, but also attracts good fortune. Drawing on these principles, the artist, who is known for his ‘gongbi’ Chinese brush painting technique, has sectioned off the gallery space into 4 key directions, adorned with ink works that enhance prosperity and provide guidance for the new Snake year.

WHY
The 4 sections of the exhibition focus on enhancing the different aspects of life for the year of the ‘Yi Si’ Snake: romantic encounters, good health, academic achievements, and prosperity. According to the artist, Feng Shui is not mere superstition, but the essence of folk wisdom – a year to be filled with dynamic energy, growth and vitality.
