WHAT
Founded in 2013 by collectors Kylie Ying, Bao Yifeng, and David Chau, Art021 has emerged as a prominent art event. The inaugural Art021 Hong Kong edition, backed by the Mega Arts and Cultural Events Fund, strives to redefine art fairs with a fresh vision. Showcasing 73 galleries and projects from 13 countries and regions, including mainland China and the Greater Bay Area, the fair also spotlights pan-Asian galleries from diverse regions like the Middle East, West Asia, and Southeast Asia. Collaborating with prestigious art venues, Art021 presents 5 distinctive sections:

  • GALLERIES: Showcasing diverse artworks from 40 galleries at Phillips Asia Headquarters.
  • VIDEOS: Screening remarkable video arts and films at Asia Society.
  • EXPANSION: Enriching art activities at Fringe Club with conceptual projects and strong cultural representation.
  • SCULPTURE: Hosting a public art group exhibition at Victoria Park and the Fringe Club’s rooftop, featuring large-scale works that invigorate the urban landscape.
  • GBA ART WEEK: Featuring a schedule of gallery exhibitions from over 30 participating galleries with a GBA presence, fostering an inclusive celebration of the GBA art scene.
