WHAT
This exhibition features twenty mostly local artists in the largest group show of the gallery’s history. Split into two parts, the exhibition presents a variety of works. In Act 1, the artists present mechanical installations, prints, and paintings, and Act 2 focuses more on sound installations, augmented reality and three dimensional objects. The theme of the exhibition seems to be books and each of the artists provides their own perspective on the theme and idea of books.

WHY
From the unique separation of the gallery into two parts and the discussion of art through the medium of art, this exhibition is unlike any other. The transition of mediums from the first part to the second part showcases a natural transition from the two-dimensional to the three-dimensional. Employing a book theme as a starting point, the works of participating artists offer a highly diverse, thought provoking, and often entertaining discourse.
