WHAT
Fine Art Asia 2024 returns to Hong Kong this fall for its 19th edition. This year, a dedicated sector focusing on ink art aims to push the boundaries of contemporary ink while preserving tradition. The fair also debuts the ‘Collectible Design – Asia Edition Pavilion’, celebrating the fusion of design minds and artisanal skills across Asian cities, and showcasing the harmonious blend of design and artistry in a modern context.

WHY
Established in 2006, Fine Art Asia has become renowned as the premier fine art fair in the region. This year, the fair presents 3 specially curated exhibitions:
‘Timeless Echoes’, which seamlessly merges the old and new, inviting viewers to explore a harmonious integration of past and present artistic expressions.
‘Immersive World’, which showcases a diverse range of artworks using new media and materials, offering fresh interpretations of traditional ink painting techniques.
Finally, ‘A Tribute to Fang Zhaoling’ honours the influential painter’s legacy through a retrospective that spans her defining artistic phases, blending traditional ink art with modern influences.
