The fifth solo exhibition featuring the innovative works of the Brazilian artist and photographer is a showcase of his new pieces, which delve into concepts of perception, reality, representation, and materiality. Drawing inspiration from iconic works by Cubist and 20th-century masters, he employs a hybrid technique of photographing handcrafted, three-dimensional elements and reprocessing them through collages. The exhibition challenges viewers to question what lies beneath the surface and explore the dichotomy between the physical object and its depiction.

The exhibition is a tribute to the revolutionary ways in which the Cubists disrupted traditional notions of perspective, adding tactility and multi-dimensionality to their work. The artist’s playful homage to these artists adds a contemporary twist, making the exhibition a fascinating blend of reverence, playfulness, and modern thought. His unique approach and distinctive methodology offer an immersive experience that encourages viewers to reconsider reality and to requestion their understanding of art.
