WHAT
The exhibition presents over 40 works from the Yuz Foundation’s collection as a celebration of the Museum’s 10 year anniversary and new venue in Shanghai Panlong Tiandi. In partnership with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and Qatar Museums, the museum showcases works from Chinese and international artists in many mediums. A major theme of the exhibition is the feeling of ‘home’ found in everyday objects and experiences. Furthermore, this theme coincides with the relocation of the museum.

WHY
With its new location in Panlong, the concept of ‘home’ seems timely and relevant. The theme might also be especially relatable to audiences, with renewed meaning and importance during the pandemic, as well as with the increased globalisation of our world.
