WHY
Street art as a medium has a complicated history within the subject of art. The presentation traces the evolution of graffiti and street art across generations, styles, and geographies, and lets audiences dive deep into how the medium has slowly evolved creatively to become a veritable art form. With names such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, and KAWS, the exhibition pays homage to one of the 20th century’s most important art movements through an immersive and informative experience that appeals to both art newbies and aficionados alike.
